Introduction

The equipment is designed to meet the requirement of national and international standards to conduct accelerated aging before conducting Tensile Test for breaking and elongation.

The environment of the pressurized vessel an elevated temperature in an atmosphere of pressurized oxygen / air.

ASTM D 572 - 1988 

IS 3400 (Part 4) - 1987

• INTERNAL SIZE OF PRESSURE CHAMBER : 150 mm X 302 mm OR As per requirement.
• MAXIMUM WORKING PRESSURE : up to 23 kg/cm² (2.3 Mpa)
• SAFETY VALVE SETTING : 30 kg/cm² (3.5 Mpa)
• OPERATING TEMPERATURE : 5°C above ambient temperature to 150°C.
• CONTROL SYSTEM : PID Controller.
