This machine is designed to meet the specific demand of IS: machine shall be recording switching
'ON' and switching 'OFF' of the thermostat fitted in electric iron. On digital 5 digit counter, And also recording total no. of hours operations on 5 digit hour meter. The instrument will be supplied
with necessary Voltmeter and Amp meter for one device.

Endurance Test Machine for Switches

Special machine to conduct the following tests.

(a) Making & breaking capacity test
(b) Endurance test
(c) Normal operation for fluorescent lamp

Unique salient feature : The digital system detects 'WELD' or 'OPEN' condition of switch and an Audio Visual alarm indication.

This machine will conduct test on samples having digital preset counter for number of operations. The Electromechanical or Pneumatic operation will be used with programmer to achieve all condition i.e. 7operations to 30 operations per minute.

Sensors offers Inductive Loads with following options to test switches and sockets as per IEC or IS for 'Normal Operation' and 'Making-Breaking' Tests.

Optionally variable voltage source with digital Voltmeter, Ammeter & Digital Power Factor Meter is available with above options.

Endurance Test Apparatus for MCB and Isolator

 

The endurance test apparatus 6 amps to 100 Amps, as per any one rating at a time. The system consists of following three parts:

Load bank
Test stand

Air cored inductor with taps and resistor bank, to obtain all test currents from 6 a to 100 A at 0.875 pf.
Duty cycle 1 sec./14 sec. & 1 sec./29 sec. (rating based) OR as per requirement.

Test Stand

Test stand will have electro-pneumatic mechanism for operation fitted with 24V DC solenoid valve & flow controls, for one device at a time.

28-Day Test and Temperature Rise Apparatus for MCB

(As Per IEC: 60898 -1:2002)

Sensors 28-Day Test and Temperature Levitate Apparatus for MCB (As Per IEC: 60898 -1:2002) is developed to perform the following:

28 days Test

To perform 28 days Test, the MCB is exposed to 28 cycles, each cycle comprising 21 hours with rated current at an open circuit voltage of more than 30 Volt and 3 hours without current. The current is held constant within +/- 1 %. Inductors are employed for to increase current and reduce the power consumption. Sequential Timer is used to maintain the cycle. The battery micro controller based / Battery back up features maintain the date in case of Power Failure.

Complete PLC controlled system to test MCB as per the standards requirement 

Temperature Rise Test

Temperature Rise Test also can be carried out with this panel with the help of Constant Current Source and Digital Temperature Scanner with 8 channels.

 

Watt Loss Test

The watt loss measurement at rated resistive current and at open voltage of more than 30 Volt AC is carried out with this panel. Digital Millivolt Meter is provided for Voltage measurement (Optional).
